Welcome to Elms Farm Holiday Cottages, a 4 & 5 star luxury self-catering holiday retreat in converted barns and stables in the peaceful Lincolnshire countryside.Open all year round, we invite you to enjoy a relaxing self-catering break on our family farm in one of nine comfortable cottages. With a variety of interconnecting cottages, relaxing courtyard area and accommodation for up to 38 guests Elms Farm is an ideal spot for your next group holiday.

Things You Should Know
With a fascinating history and wealth of natural beauty, Lincolnshire has something for everyone; discover pretty market towns, sandy beaches, animal parks, ancient architecture, aviation sites, fantastic golf courses and much more.
Nature lovers can access a wealth of sanctuaries and reserves nearby including the RSPB at Frampton Marsh, Frieston Shore and Gibralter Point, and in the winter months visit the colony of Grey Seals at Donna Nook.
Boston has two bustling market days: Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Boston Market is a great tradition, having been running for over 450 years and now with around 150 stalls.
You may also like to take a trip to the Roman City of Lincoln for the day, or explore the Aviation heritage of the area by visiting the historic aviation sites nearby.
Maud Foster Windmill is the tallest working windmill in the country with seven stories and was originally built in 1819.
