A lovely spacious apartment near the centre of Rhodes with an amazing view from a huge balcony with dipping pool, only 800 meters from the beach.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area only 4 minutes’ drive from the centre of the city of Rhodes and the old town with its medieval castle. The sandy beach of Zefyros is only 800 meters away.

Everything you need is within walking distance. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, sports centre with beach volley, tennis club and a stadium. Every Saturday and Wednesday there is a farmers market which is only 500 meters away where you can buy very fresh fruits, vegetables and fish.

The apartment covers the entire second floor of the building. It is very spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make your own meals.

It has 3 bedrooms a very large living room and dining room area with a very special corner for kids and adults to rest or to sleep at night.

There are air conditions in all the rooms.

The biggest asset of the apartment is the 100 square meter panoramic balcony with its breath-taking sea view.

There is also a hammock and a refreshing big children’s pool on the balcony.

A great location to explore the island from, suitable for couples, friends and families.

The Medieval Moat Theatre "Melina Merkouri" hosts plays during the summer.

Several ancient Greek drama plays are presented there during the summer.

The Music and Dance group of Rhodes “Chorospito” performs folk art with dances and music from various parts of Greece at the Municipal theatre of Rhodes "ΡΟΔΟΝ".

Also Classical concerts are organised during the summer at the Palace of the Great Magister.

The Municipal Gallery of Rhodes hosts periodic art exhibitions.

Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands in terms of land area and also the island group's historical capital. Administratively the island forms a separate municipality within the Rhodes regional unit, which is part of the South Aegean region. The principal town of the island and seat of the municipality is Rhodes.

The city of Rhodes had 50,636 inhabitants in 2011. It is located northeast of Crete, southeast of Athens and just off the Anatolian coast of Turkey.

Rhodes' nickname is “The island of the Knights”, named after the Knights of Saint John of Jerusalem, who once conquered the land.

Historically, Rhodes was famous worldwide for the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Medieval Old Town of the City of Rhodes has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe.
